Do you take over operations completely, or do you work with our internal IT?

Both are possible. Many clients outsource critical parts such as monitoring, deployments and interface operations to us, while internal IT continues to handle first-level support and user management. In the assessment we clearly define who takes which role.

Do you work with cloud, on-prem or hybrid setups?

All three. We run systems in the cloud (primarily Azure), on-premises or hybrid – what matters is what fits your requirements for security, cost and operations.

How do you ensure security and data protection?

Accepted Answer

Security is part of the architecture: encrypted connections, clear permission concepts, monitoring and hosting in Switzerland or the EU as required. Data protection in line with the Swiss DPA and GDPR.
