Bucherer regularly receives new collections and product data from numerous suppliers. The data arrives in differing formats, structures and quality levels, from Excel, CSV, XML and TXT through to PDFs. To capture it efficiently in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CONSENSO TECH developed a full-stack application that converts these heterogeneous data sources into a single unified product schema.
The solution lets business users review and edit product data directly in the application and prepare it for bulk import into D365 F&O. This significantly reduces the manual effort involved in capturing new collections and improves data quality.
A second core module supports AI-based product copy generation. Extensive instruction management allows rules to be defined for different channels, copy styles and languages, including positive lists, negative lists and terms to be excluded. The result is consistent, on-brand product copy for the web shop, website, ERP and further channels in several languages.
