DPD Germany operates an Azure-based BI landscape with hybrid integration of on-premise systems and Azure workloads. Strategic IT metrics and operational product team KPIs are visualised in Power BI on top of it.

CONSENSO TECH supports DPD Germany as an extended workbench in developing this dashboard landscape further. The aim is to define strategic and operational IT dashboards cleanly from a business perspective, implement them correctly from a technical one, and make them usable for management and team steering.

The strategic dashboard focuses on HR, cost, budget and IT performance metrics, among others. The product team dashboards cover operational KPIs from Scrum and Kanban teams — for example backlog development, sprint volume, lead time, cycle time, incidents and support tickets. CONSENSO TECH supports both requirement structuring and KPI definitions, data source mapping, visualisation, Power BI delivery, data quality checks and alignment with the existing BI team. This makes the dashboards more consistent, more understandable and more useful for operational and strategic decisions.
