As an insurance broker, EliteGo is required to prepare FINMA-relevant metrics and information about its intermediary activity every year. This includes details of policies brokered, customers served, insurance classes, distribution channels and remuneration such as commissions and brokerage fees.

CONSENSO TECH developed a data pipeline that imports, structures and prepares the relevant data on insurance products, insured persons, customers and policies for reporting. The solution consolidates data across different insurers, customer types and insurance classes, and presents the key metrics in a Power BI dashboard.

The dashboard supports analysis by insurer, customer category, insurance class, existing versus new business, and type of remuneration. A manual reporting process therefore becomes a structured, traceable and reusable data foundation for annual FINMA reporting.
